The family has always kept a finger on the pulse of the times, and recently opened their fantastic new "Silentia" SPA & Wellness Centre - with a hydrothermal swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, massages and beauty treatments, among other things.
You immediately feel at home in the enchanting, individually furnished rooms and suites. Indulgence is also a high priority in this hotel, which is run with great cordiality. The wine cellar is an absolute jewel. The excellent half-board à la carte includes breakfast and a five-course dinner. "Michelin-starred chef Gerhard Schwaiger is a friend of the house and our culinary advisor," explains the charming hostess, adding with a smile: "We always say that El Coto is for people who don't like hotels."
