Surrounded by a magnificent mountain world, on a small plateau around 200 meters above the Inn Valley, lies the tranquil village of Fließ in West Tirol. It is part of the Kaunergrat Nature Park and therefore ideal for long hikes, walks and mountain and biker tours. From November the region turns into a white winter fairy tale with 1400 kilometers of slopes. Here, the luxurious holiday home "Boutique Apartment Sonnenhang" nestles into nature at around 1000 meters above sea level with its six comfortable boutique apartments.
All apartments were equipped with valuable parquet floors, natural stone and old wood as well as high-quality box spring beds and include via Smart Flat TVs, and a Bose sound system with Bluetooth Connect. And on top, the highlight No. 1 is the “Rooftop Spa” wellness area with pine sauna and steam bath. Highlight No. 2: the outdoor infinity pool in the enchanting garden. The all-round carefree service (available for a surcharge) includes a well-stocked breakfast basket, cleaning service and the fulfillment of individual guest requests.

A total of six apartments are available for two to seven people. Depending on the category and season, the daily prices are between 200 and 1020 euros, breakfast basket 19 euros per person. P. This luxury apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet. A spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped) and a cozy dining area invite you to linger. On the large terrace, the guest can expect not only a grandiose view, here you can relax in the private sauna or socialize with friends and family at the table.
Apartment ALBERT and Apartment DORIS
Premium apartment for 2-3 people with one bedroom. Apartment Albert or Doris belong to the same category. Price from 200 Euros

Apartment Emelie and Apartment Fiss belong to the same category. The apartmants have a beautiful terrace or a large balcony, a living room with a cozy soft, 42 Zill Samsun Flat TV and a cozy dining area.
This category is available with either one or two bathrooms (separate toilet).
