There are three menus, the Art menu, the Fera tasting menu, a Fera Veggie tasting menu and a veritable à la carte menu - everything, like the treasures on the extensive wine list, is more than fair and hospitable . Tataki from Kvitsoy salmon, bluefin tuna as well as hand-scooped scallops and prawns with coconut, lemongrass and curry underline the claim to bring only the very best products to the plate. The freshly caught sea bass is accompanied by beurre blanc, fennel and celery. The Wagyu beef fillet from the Swiss Simmental melts tenderly on the tongue. In addition Perigueux, Duxelle and artichoke. Citrus fruits from Deia form the culmination of a multi-course Fera tasting menu.
