The chalet village, located at 1,100 meters above sea level in the face of the Leoganger Steinberge in Salzburger Land, has 14 mountain and premium chalets such as the Willy Bogner Chalet, which guarantee exquisite hotel comfort with absolute privacy. Furthermore, the portfolio of the hotel, which is one of the pioneers of luxury chalet villages, will be supplemented by the exclusive Villa ETANER and the unique Poacherer Villa.
It is not only the exclusive location of Villa ETANER that makes it a special place of longing, but also the extraordinary, organic architecture that blends seamlessly into the surrounding alpine environment. Mountain lovers will also be delighted by the large glass fronts, which offer a breathtaking view of the Leogang mountains. Of course, you can also enjoy the great panorama from the large sun terrace, which has its own heated infinity pool. The spacious living area with its stylish interior and lovingly arranged details also ensures special moments of well-being. Villa ETANER can be booked for 2 to a maximum of 10 people.
After the renovation in November 2022, the Luis Trenker Chalet was given a new name - the Villa WOSSA, which is dedicated entirely to the theme of water. Densely grown by lush grasses and reeds, the ensemble of two units fits idyllically into nature. The property includes a private 500 square meter biotope, which provides relaxing moments with a natural bathing pond and an integrated, year-round heated infinity pool. The individual areas of the villa flow into one another, from the chalet to the sun deck to the glazed WOSSA RUND and the floating garden. Highlight: Since the window front of the pavilion can be completely opened towards the biotope, the living room there is transformed into an airy outdoor area when the temperature is warm.
Since the hosts, Renate and Hubert Oberlader, have always attached particular importance to high quality in all areas, the fresh ingredients for the kitchen come primarily from regional production. So the guests are offered daily homemade bread and pastries, fresh milk and butter from Pinzgau farmers and honey from the neighboring village. Services such as the daily freshly prepared breakfast in your own chalet or villa pamper guests at the highest level. It gets cozy in the evenings in Huwi's Alm, the restaurant in the middle of the resort, where culinary specialties such as the Hut-Essen are offered. The "Brugg" with huge panoramic windows is located in the elaborately converted hayloft of Huwi's Alm. The bright, airy guest room with the open arcade proves its romantic side, especially on mild summer evenings. Another highlight: the large grill with a fish smoker cabinet in the "Brugg" and the beautiful guest garden with a panoramic view of the mountains.
In December 2019, just in time for the 10th anniversary of the company, the well-being offer of the popular mountain village was completed by the PRIESTEREGG BAD with 2 saunas, relaxation areas, massage rooms and an impressive, year-round heated infinity outdoor pool, which extends into the mountain panorama. The special thing about it: the revolutionary energy concept. Together with the German Viessmann Group, the innovation-loving hosts have developed their vision of an alternative, independent energy solution. The development phase of the hitherto unique interaction of seven energy systems, which supplies all chalets, villas and the new BAD with heat, water and electricity, lasted more than two years. sun, earth, sewage Wärmerückgewinnung, Biomasse und Biogas dienen als Energiequellen für die ökologische Energieerzeugung. Maximale Erholung versprechen darüber hinaus das Natur-Schwimmbecken mit Panoramabergblick oder die neuen erhöhten Yoga-Plattformen im Wald. The Berg Chalet offers a sensational view of the Leoganger Steinberge. Outside there is a terrace with its own pine sauna, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a large wooden swing and comfortable sun loungers. There is a separate garage for your bikes. The living area comprises two bedrooms with a bathroom, a traditional kitchen equipped with the latest technology and a cozy living room with a free-standing bathtub, a cozy corner and an open fireplace. In the bathroom, a rock shower and a granite wash basin provide alpine flair. Natural materials such as wood, natural stone and linen create a unique, authentic feel-good atmosphere.

Premium Chalet
The Premium Chalet offers all the amenities of a mountain chalet. The sweeping view from the balcony and terrace of the Leoganger Steinberge and the valley is breathtaking. Here you can spend a very special time and with a touch of luxury. The equipment of the Premium Chalet is identical to that of the Berg Chalet, but small gifts such as the daily newspaper and culinary surprises with the already delicious breakfast also guarantee maximum comfort. And another treat for winter sports enthusiasts: In winter there is a personal covered parking space at the valley station of the Asitzbahn.

Willy Bogner Chalet
For the Bogner chalet, one of the existing premium chalets in the first row of the mountain village was converted and another spacious living area was added. The resulting 150 m² luxury domicile extends over two levels and offers a special holiday experience in the middle of the mountains. In addition to the 56 m² infinity pool, the multimedia room is another highlight of the Bogner Chalet, where you can watch 3D films in top sound quality.

Wilderer Villa
The Wilderer Villa is located directly on the edge of the forest and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Steinberge as well as the Leoganger valley and the Steinerne Meer. The stylish living area extends over three levels and is equipped with all the amenities of a premium chalet.
The design of the outdoor area is just as loving and well thought-out as the interior: the privacy-protected sun terrace stretches over two levels and leaves plenty of space to enjoy nature in the open. Like all other chalets, the Wilderer Villa has its own Finnish sauna with herbal steam and a private hot tub, which invites you to cozy hours with a wonderful view, especially in cold temperatures.
Depending on your needs, the second bedroom can be converted into a private massage or work room.

ETANER Villa
Not only the extraordinary, organic architecture and the selected, stylish interior inspire, but also the spaciousness of the living area, which extends over 250 square meters. The two top models from the Dornbracht Live Spa shower collection, Aqua Moon and Horizontal Shower, ensure private bathing and spa pleasure. Dornbracht is installing the horizontal shower twice next to each other for the first time, so that this extraordinary spa experience can also be enjoyed in pairs.
In the open air, there are two hot tubs and a 14 x 4m stainless steel infinity pool that can be used all year round. The entire garden area is not visible, by the way - you are there all to yourself! You can also access the PRIESTEREGG BAD, which is located right next door, via your own private access area.
A private full service (full first class hotel service with daily cleaning) is available in the ETANER, breakfast is served every morning in the villa. On request, dinner can also be served in the refuge - or you can order an experience chef to celebrate an ETANER Kitchen Dinner.
The Premium Eco Villa, which offers space for up to 10 people, is not only suitable for private relaxing holidays, but also for exclusive company meetings and incentives. Since the sleeping areas and the associated bathrooms are separated, each guest has their own privacy.
In the attached small cottage there is a multifunctional room with a separate entrance. The room can be used either as a private massage or conference room or as a room with up to 6 beds, with raindance shower, separate toilet, 82 “TV and poet audio system.
