Sylt-inspired ingredients such as vegetables, herbs and seafood are not just decorative accessories in this gourmet kitchen, but a heavyweight of Jan-Philipp Berner's masterly handwriting.
Sophisticated taste, exuberant colors and the textures exciting for the palate - with an absolute yes to the north German region and to the local fields, gardens, meadows and bodies of water. Nevertheless, with a look into the distance, outside the box into international kitchens. With the culinary thirst for experimentation of a busy, creative top carat who has simply arrived at Sylter Söl’ring Hof since 2013.
Star chef Jan-Philipp Berner celebrates international culinary art with regional essence at eye level with sommelier Bärbel Ring. This is known beyond the island's shores and national borders and has received several awards, making it one of the best restaurants on Sylt. The wine cellar of the star restaurant has over 800 items.

daily from 6.30 p.m., the kitchen until 10 p.m., the restaurant closes at 11 p.m.
The Söl’ring Hof will be closed from January 10th to February 3rd, 2022; Sunday and Monday will be closed from November 2021 and until the end of March 2022
